I'm a husband to my wife, Whitney and father to my two boys Caleb and Brooks first and foremost. Owner of my own local performance-based practice called Orlando Movement Practice in Orlando, FL. I want to be that 90 year old that can rest in a squat and still sprint. I believe secure, efficient and athletic movement is our innate birthright. Modern lifestyle and training habits steal that innate design from us, but all we have to do is tap back into what is written in our DNA. I was a broken athlete for almost a decade, solved my mess with 100% natural methods and now help others do the same.
